Yes, as of January 1st, 2018. Check with the Clerk's Office about E-filing. You must have computer access and be able to scan documents as a .pdf file.

The circuit clerk's office is located on the second floor of the Marion County courthouse in Salem, IL. Criminal cases are located in room 204. Civil cases are located in room 206. The location of the courthouse can be found on the Directions page.

There is a drop box available for after hours payments on the west side of the courthouse.

No. The only exception is for the child support annual fee.
